The Walkthrough
Why you'll love it
29er wheels and wide 2.6" tires make for a grippy, confident, and fast-rolling ride
The dropper post lets you lower your saddle on the fly so it's out of the way on descents
The RockShox fork's Solo Air spring can easily be adjusted for a specific rider weight, and it's lighter than a coil spring
The fork’s lockout feature lets you temporarily lock the suspension for better efficiency on flat stretches
"I'm stoked"
"I think it's the best looking bike in it's price range, the fit works great for me, and the drivetrain is excellent."
"Much more capable downhill than I would have ever imagined; then, when I finished a lap and turned around to pedal back up, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and efficiency of the Roscoe’s climbing position."

With 140mm front travel, trail-smashing 29-inch wheels, and dialed-for-dirt frame features, Roscoe is ready to get rowdy on your favorite rides.
Progressive trail geometry
A long reach, slack head angle, steep seat angle, and short chain stays combine for a ride that's confidence inspiring, yet still nimble and fun.
The strong quiet type
Roscoe stays well protected with a double-sided chainstay guard, tough downtube guard, and internal cable guides that help your ride stay quiet, even over rough trails.
Shimano Deore
Shimano Deore brings even more adventure with a wider range of gear choices for the steep stuff, the fast stuff, and the fun. With smooth riding, improved chain stability, and sharp shifting, Deore heightens your mountain biking confidence and control so you can focus on the trail and enjoy the ride.
Upgrade your pedals and love your bike more
Pedals are two of the five touchpoints that connect you with your bike, and even though this bike comes with a pair, upgrading to pedals that boost control and grip will greatly improve your ride. See the pedal guide and find the best pedals for your riding style. We recommend flat pedals for simple versatility.
Tubeless Ready rims and tires make it easy to ditch the tubes so you get better traction, fewer flats, and less weight. You're ready to roll right out of the box with the included TLR rim strips, valves, and sealant.
Wider dropouts (110mm front, 148mm rear) give you the stiffness of a 27.5" wheel with all the benefits of a 29" wheel, and Boost148 in the rear lets you run wider tires and a larger chainring without affecting q-factor and pedaling efficiency.
Dropper post
Use the remote lever to lower your saddle so it's out of your way when you're descending and cornering.
Internal cable routing
We route shift and brake cables through the frame to keep things clean and simple. And it looks great, too.
ISCG mounts
International Standard Chain Guide mounts offer easy chain guide installation and adjustment.
Threaded bottom bracket
More robust than pressfit, threaded BBs hold up in nasty conditions and make servicing easier.

How tall are you?
To measure your height, stand straight up, barefoot, with your back, heels, shoulders and head all touching a wall. While looking straight ahead, place a book or straight edge on your head and slowly push it against the wall. Your straight edge should be parallel with the floor. Mark the spot where the bottom of the book is touching the wall. The distance from the marked spot to the floor is your height.
What is your inseam?
How to measure: Stand barefoot with your back straight and against a wall. Tuck a ruler or something that extends to the floor between your legs. Using both hands, and keeping it level, pull the ruler up into your crotch as if you were sitting on the saddle. Measure the distance from the top edge of the ruler to the ground to find your inseam measurement. Your inseam is very important to your final bike size so please measure carefully.
