What perks do I get for being a Project One owner? 

Current perks for Project One Owners Club include:

How do I take advantage of these perks? 

Sign up! You will need a valid Project One serial number (found under your bike, at the bottom bracket), an email address, and a mailing address in the United States or Canada

Can my retailer sign me up for the Project One Owners Club?

Yes! Your retailer can sign you up when your new Project One bike is delivered

How long will it take for my gift to arrive? 

Expect two to three weeks for your welcome kit to arrive after you are signed up.

When should I contact the Concierge Service vs. the retailer where I bought my Project One bike?

Either party will be available to help you out with a variety of questions. Trek’s Concierge Support is here to help you between 9am-5pm CST. Your local retailer’s hours may vary throughout the season. If you have any questions about Trek products or programs, feel free to give us a call, likewise your local Trek retailer is there to support you with all of your Trek needs, including servicing your bikes and any instant gratification purchases.

What are some common questions Concierge Service will help me with?

We are happy to help you with any or all questions including:

  • Your bike has a lot of awesome features, let us walk you through them! We can help you pair, charge, and access all the benefits of your new Project One bike.
  • Perhaps this is your first exposure to electronic shifting, we can help guide you through the process and help you with everything you need to know for SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2 systems.
  • Traveling with your bike? Let us advise you on the best way to transport it and provide recommendations on where to get support when you are away from home.
  • Looking to add some accessories? We can help you decide which items work best with your bike and which items you can’t ride without.
  • Taking care of your bike over its lifetime can exponentially impact your enjoyment. We are here to help walk you through home maintenance tips and tricks.
  • Need ride recommendations in certain areas, let us reach out to Trek shops wherever you're rolling to get advice on the locals’ favorite routes for you!
  • Is something not working as expected? We'll help you troubleshoot and walk through any necessary next steps to get you back on the bike in a flash.

What happens if I lose my membership card or need a replacement? 

Give Concierge Support a ring, and we'll take care of you.

How long does my Project One Owners Club membership last?

Membership last for two years after you are signed up.

If I buy another Project One bike, do I need to sign up for the club again?  

Yes, this will allow you to extend your membership for another two years, plus, you'll receive a new gift.

Can I gift my membership and Project One Owners Club access to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferrable and only available to the original owner.

Can I be part of the club if I bought a Project One bike before July 2024?  

The Project One Owners Club is an all-new program as of July 2024. Currently, only customers who purchased their Project One bike after July 2, 2024 will receive an invitation and are eligible to join.

Can I visit Trek headquarters to see where my bike was painted and assembled? 

You bet! As a Project One Owners Club member, we'll provide you with a private, Project One members-only tour. Contact Concierge Service to get yours booked!

Do Project One Owners get a discount at Mansion Hill Inn if they are visiting Trek’s headquarters? 

You sure do! Reach out to our Concierge Service or the Mansion Hill Inn to receive the Trek Family and Friends rate of $150 per night and receive an exclusive upgrade.

Do Project One Owners get perks with Trek Travel? 

Absolutely! Give Concierge Service a ring to receive your complimentary upgrade package with Trek Travel trips including trip hotel room upgrade, bike upgrade, and travel services with Santa Barbara Travel. *All services and items are subject to availability.

Will there be any Project One Owners Club events I can participate in?  

Not at this time — but stay tuned!

Are there any special Project One branded items I can purchase?  

Yes. Members of the Project One Owners Club have access to exclusive Project One items including luxury floor pumps and premium torque wrenches, only available for purchase by members.

Is the Project One Owners Club global?

As of now, the Project One Owners Club is only available in United States and Canada.
