How to rent a bike with Trek

Riding and renting with Trek is easy. All rentals include a helmet, lights, and tools. Start by selecting the type of bike you'd like to ride, reserve your bike ahead of time, pack up your essentials, then stop by the shop to pick it up. We'll take care of the rest!

One of Madison’s most famous routes, particularly along John Nolen Drive between Olin Park and the iconic Monona Terrace.

What is included with my Trek rental?
When you rent with us, we'll set you up with lights, locks, tools, and a helmet. Plus, if you want to put your own pedals on your rental bike, our staff is happy to oblige!

What should I bring for my bike ride?
Check the weather when you’re riding and plan on bringing the right layers. We recommend you bring padded cycling shorts, a light wind or rain shell, your bike or athletic shoes, a water bottle, and bike gloves. If you’re mountain biking, don’t forget to pack your knee and elbow pads, too. Forget something at home? No worries! We’re equipped with plenty of great gear for purchase, so you can snag any odds and ends you need before you ride out.
