Jeden ze servisních techniků upne kolo do stojanu a provede odbornou prohlídku podle našich standardů. Popíše vám, čeho si všiml, a zodpoví všechny dotazy.
Dáme vám doporučení
Pak s vámi projednáme, co lze udělat, abychom kolo opět zprovoznili. Můžeme vám nabídnout servisní balíček, seřízení na počkání nebo objednání náhradních dílů. Rovněž pro vás připravíme podrobný cenový rozpis a zeptáme se, zda vám vyhovuje. Až pak se pustíme do práce.
Začneme s opravou
Nechte nám kolo v prodejně a my se o něj postaráme. Po provedení oprav obdržíte e-mail nebo zprávu SMS. Pokud se při servisu objeví nějaké další problémy, zavoláme vám. A když servis do 24 hodin nestihneme, dáme vám zdarma k dispozici testovací kolo.
